Extra Virgin Olive Oil Arbequina 100 ml.
Finca Olive Oil, extra virgin olive oil made 100% from the Arbequina variety, exclusively with olives from our own finca.
We harvest at the optimum point of ripeness, in early October, when the olives are still green, which means the maximum olive oil yield is 15 litters per 100 kilos of olives – but of exceptional quality.
We use harvesting techniques that are sustainable and respectful of nature.
Our oil is obtained through purely mechanical processes and under strict temperature control.
We use stainless steel tanks to protect the olive oil from light and oxygen, therefore the tanks are filled with food grade nitrogen.
We maintain the whole year a constant storage temperature of around 15º C and control the humidity.
All our bottles have a UV filter and a non-refillable cap, as well as an anti-drip system.

Tasting Note 2022: Pronounced fruity olive oil with aromas of almonds, apple and artichoke with hints of banana. On the palate it is slightly bitter and medium spicy.
