FINCA TREURER

The oil bears the name of the farm or finca where the olives are grown, TREURER. The name of this area derives from the word Tresorer (which translates to “Keeper of the treasure” or treasury). Destiny perhaps knew that one day the land would yield treasure of a special kind… in the form of liquid gold to delight the most demanding of palates.

Treurer is owned by the Miralles family which has dedicated itself with care and devotion to the project. Joan Miralles practically spoils the olives throughout the year so that they reach harvest time in a perfect state and in an early state of maturity, in order to obtain an oil of superior quality and flavour.
